Description:
The Helsinki Urban Environment Industry is requesting your offer for the design of the outdoor lighting, traffic light and urban technology fiber optic network in the outer areas of the city of Helsinki.
The outdoor lighting network of the city of Helsinki comprises 94,500 light points. The usual annual growth of the lighting network is ollut an average of 1000 light points. With the Helsinki LED lamp replacements, the annual number of replaced lamps is estimated to be 8,000. Approximately 160 design objects are completed each year.
There are 524 traffic light-controlled intersections in Helsinki, 30 electrically heated event electrical centers130 stairs and 30 kiosk electrical boxes. Pre-piping and general planning of fiber optic pipes has started and is moving to implementation planning and fiber optic installations during this framework agreement. The city of Helsinki commissions various needs assessments and prepares general plansthis. In addition to outdoor lighting, tasks can include e.g. for information on incident electricity or charging services for various means of transport and mobile devices.
To support the energy efficiency and carbon neutrality of public outdoor lighting, the city of Helsinki aims for 10,000 lamps annuallyn's renewal into LED lamps. About 80% of the renovations will be carried out as lamp replacements, and the remaining part will be completely renovated in terms of the outdoor lighting network.
The estimated value of the acquisition during the entire acquisition period (including possible option periods) excluding VAT is €6,900,000.
