The University of Jyvaskyla is requesting bids for the management of construction, tendering and supervision tasks related to the repair and alteration of buildings, as well as architectural and design services, on an hourly basis in the buildings used by the University of Jyvaskyla in the city of Jyvaskyla on campuses in the region. The University of Jyvaskyla has a total of approximately 150,000m2 of facilities, most of which are located on three campuses in Jyvaskyla Seminaarimaki, Mattilanniemi and Ylistoenrinte. mainly rental premises, and the landlord in most of them is Suomen yliopistokinteistoet Oy. The premises require varying amounts of repair or alteration work every year. For the implementation of these projects, framework contract partners are therefore sought for different areas, i.e. construction, supervision and cleanliness management consulting services, as well as architectural and master planning, structural planning, HVAC planning, electrical planning and indoor air expert services. The consulting tasks offered include construction, supervision and cleanliness management, architectural, structural, HVAC and electrical design and indoor air expertise industries. The provider can offer either one industry or all of them. The selection is made by sub-area in order of priority, a primary supplier and an alternate supplier are selected for the sub-areas.
