Description:
The object of the procurement is the design services for the renovation and maintenance of the Lapland Central Hospital and Kolpene properties in the Lapland welfare region. The aforementioned properties of the Lapland welfare area are located in Rovaniemi.
For the procurement of these services seven (7) framework arrangements will be tendered by sub-area. The sub-areas are:
1. Architect - and main design
2. Structural design
3. Fire engineering planning
4. HVAC design
5. Electricity, AV and security system planning
6. Acoustics design
7. Design of fixed hospital equipment
Provider may offer one or more areas. The offers of each sub-area are evaluated separately.
A maximum of three framework contract suppliers are selected for each framework arrangement. Based on this competition, the suppliers are ranked. Purchases are primarily made in priority order in accordance with, but in the cases described in the framework agreement, tendering within the framework arrangement (mini-tendering) can also be used.
Lapland's welfare region acquires planning services according to its own needs and does not commit to minimum purchase quantities in any of the sub-areas subject to tendering. Agreements specific to sub-regions do not include a quantity purchase obligation.
The length of the contract period in each sub-area is 48 months.
