Description:
The subject of the acquisition and the target procurement are the specific nature surveys of the three office space areas for the upgrade of the Sipoo Master Plan (G28). The target areas are presented on the map in Annex 10 of the invitation to tender. The report shall contain information on the natural values of these three changing and expanding office areas to support the master plan. The report shall, inter alia, justify the areas and sites that may be excluded from construction and the nature values to be taken into account in the design. The work emphasizes the suitability of the results of the study in the preparation of the master plan. The report must be a master plan level. This acquisition will select one supplier to perform the task described in this invitation to tender.
