This tender is looking for a service provider that is extensively capable of urban environmental services for industry units, various city group organizations, decision -makers and other selected stakeholders to develop an urban environmental program and renew the environmental program2026-2030 to meet the needs of both the subscriber and the City of Oulu, the city group and the various stakeholders.
