THIS IS NOT A PROCUREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT OR A REQUEST FOR OFFERS, BUT AN INVITATION FOR MARKET SURVEY AND TECHNICAL DIALOGUE: Development of an operational management system for vocational education using a developer partnership procedure. This is a request for information/announcement of a market dialogue, which is used to map the marketa and preparing for a possible competition. Participating in the market dialogue is not a prerequisite for participating in a possible tender that will be held later, and does not bind the participating parties. The entities that participated in the market dialogue are not compensated.
Current occupationthe teaching and working time of the staff on the annual contract are largely planned with tools built by the organizers of the training themselves; often with Excel spreadsheets. There are different systems for work order planning, but the plans that precede it have to be implemented using other methodswith lm. The new professional education is based on competence-based and individual personalization of the student, so the previously used time- and group-bound solutions do not serve the current need. Vocational education teaching staff work in annual working hours, which causestheir own special features for both planning and monitoring working hours.
