- The city of Oulu's urban environmental services is requesting your bid for the construction of a roller ski track and a first-snow ski base in connection with Oulu's Sankivaara biathlon center in accordance with this request for bids and its attachments. The interim goal for the completion of the total price contract is September 15, 2026, and the contract must be fully completed by July 30, 2027. Intermediate goals, complete in 2026:- demolition of the current structures and lighting- construction of storm water drains in the area- earthmoving work and foundation and layer construction of the track to KaM #0-16 level - construction of lighting and electrical work - information network cables and their piping and cable pits - route signs Works 2027: - construction to the end of the contract with finishing works Construction to the end of the contract in In 2027, the possibility of index review will be used to update the given offer prices as follows: Statistics Finland's Construction Cost Index (2020=100) as the zero point of the total index is 03/2026 and the reference point is 04/2027. the customer does not have a place to indicate are the property of the contractor. The total price of the offer must be based on the delivered quantities and litters according to the quantity and unit price lists (attached).
