Description:
Design service to be procured with this call for tenders: Ostrobothnia welfare area, development of the Huutoniemi hospital area Structural design group, which is responsible for structural engineering design. In the structural planning group there must be one for repair construction specialized structural designer and building physics expert. The responsible designer and project manager for structural engineering design must be named in the tender. The assignment of the structural design group includes:1. Defines buildings RC, RA, RB, RD as a basis for the cost estimate of the degree of repair: load-bearing structures, foundations and sub-base structures, intermediate base, upper base and water roof structures, facades, etc. in cooperation with the working group responsible for the development of the area. 2. of the RC building (Vanha, completed in 1926 pavilion, apartment area approx. 4,236 m2) renovation implementation planning and on-site planning up to reception. Outpatient services are located in the building.
