- The Etelä-Savo activators project brings SMEs a bold and new kind of growth platform that combines technology, investor-oriented thinking and the experimentation of new markets. The project ensures that companies do not just adapt to change, but actively shape their own future and actively start developing and growing their own business. The project offers SMEs concrete, measurable and scalable ways to succeed in global competition. Its innovative and bold approach distinguishes it from traditional development projects and enables a significant impact in the business field. The project is divided into five functional work packages, the work packages contain concrete actions to support the growth and development of companies. With this tender, an actor is being sought who will implement a work package, the aim of which is to increase the research and development investments of SMEs and to help companies utilize the available funding. The target group is the people of Southern Savonia industrial SMEs. Measures: Evaluation of the business field, mapping the business field to find potential companies. A light development needs assessment is done for potential companies by phone. As many as 350 will be mapped during the entire project the development needs of a company from Southern Savonia (all industries, incl. agriculture and forestry).
