Description:
The object of the procurement is a dictation management system that will be used by social services and health care, which can be used to make dictations to the various information systems used by operational units. The system to be acquired includes at least the following functionalities: - making dictation - decoding dictation- management of dictation decoding queues - production of statistics and billing data - quality assurance and handling of exceptional situations The system to be acquired will be integrated with the used customer and patient information systems to ensure customer and patient safety. Crustnta includes, in addition to the system, connections to existing customer and patient information systems, commissioning and installation services, support and maintenance, as well as separately ordered expert services. The service is produced from the subscriber's computer room (on premise). The selected system supplier is responsible for sensure that the offered system works as part of the existing technical environment. Customer-specific deployments and extensions are done as delivery projects, including possible consolidations, migrations and conversions. The customer chooses one (1) supplier with whom it will enter into a contract. The procurement contract must be used only by Istekki Oy, and the parties to the resulting contract are only Istekki Oy and the selected Supplier.
