Description:
The acquisition of dictation and word processing services for the Paijat-Hame welfare area ("subscriber") is the target of tendering. The service will be provided on weekdays (Monday - Friday) between 07.00 and 16.00, according to the need for the subscriber.and dictation and word processing service for specialized medical care units. The invitation to tender materials shows units where dictations are produced at the time of the competition. During the contract period, the subscriber has the opportunity to expand the service to be purchased in the welfare area to othersUnits. Providers will be asked to provide the service price to the Service in accordance with the urgency class specified by the subscriber: a) normal, b) urgent and instant requirements, volume reviews, bid comparison and contract to be concludedOther relevant factors for the implementation are more detailed in this invitation to tender and in its annexes. One (1) provider will be selected as the service provider. The service agreement will be signed with the selected tenderer for an indefinite term. AcquisitionThe service must be available to the customer no later than October 1, 2025.
