Description:
This is an advance notice of a procurement exceeding the EU threshold, the target of which is a digital transaction platform as a SaaS (Software as a Service) service for the welfare regions of Northern Savo and Central Finland.The operating environments of the regions' digital transactions will be described in more detail in the procurement announcement that will be published later.to design and implement the tender for the digital transaction platform on behalf of both Procurement Units. The procurement units will enter into a digital transaction platform contract with the chosen service provider, each independently for their own part.
