• The Finnish Institute of Health and Welfare (THL) is requesting a bid for a browser-based cloud service solution (SaaS service) as a co-development platform for both internal use and use with stakeholders. The acquisition is looking for an agile work tool to make it easier facilitating cooperation for working together via the network. All work takes place on a platform that can be easily accessed by computer, tablet and phone. The platform's user management enables smooth collaboration with different people between participants from organizations. The user interface is required to be in Finnish, and in addition, it must be possible to create English-language content on the platform. In this acquisition, no integrations are being built from the collaboration platform to others systems.
