Description:
The object of the acquisition is a digital learning environment as a Saas service. Rovaseutu employment services offers a digital learning environment for natural persons registered with the service. The learning environment supports the residents of the Rovaseutu employment area in job hunting and entrepreneurship in connection with the start-up and employers in the area, e.g. regarding recruitment. The trainings produced in the learning environment also support the employment and business experts of the Rovaseutu employment area in their daily guidance and counseling work. The software must be designed as a training platform and productized service. The physical location of the services must be and their management must take place in the EU area. The service must scale to changes in the number of users or the extent of use of Rovaseutu's employment services and be based on system-independent interfaces.
