- The object of the procurement is the procurement of electronic self-monitoring of food services as a service. The goal of the procurement is to find and implement a modern, electronic self-monitoring system, which enables the documentation and reporting of self-monitoring activities to be done smoothly and without effort. Self-monitoring is statutory, and through self-monitoring, Servica Oy ensures and verifies a safe end result, taking into account all stages of the food production process. The system monitors the temperature levels of kitchen appliances, such as refrigerators, cooling cabinets or rooms, as well as freezers. When arranged separately with the system the temperature levels of dishwashers and during transport can also be monitored. When the temperatures deviate from the predetermined target level, the system sends an alarm so that the kitchen staff can react to the deviation. Temperature measurements must take place automatically and measurement data to be saved in the system for later review. In addition to automatic measurements, the system must be able to measure manually and store reception, preparation and serving temperature data in the system. The purchase includes the application and its implementation, equipment rental, installation and operational training and support during the contract period and Saas cloud service.
