Description:
The object of the procurement is the catering services of the Mikkeli garrison, including personnel catering, catering for conscripts, food services for military
training activities for reservists and salaried personnel of the Defense Forces, as well as order catering services.

Food services must be provided by a service providerpremises in the interior of the building throughout the contract period in Mikkeli
Karkialammi area. The premises must enable simultaneous dining for 150 people.

A more detailed description of the catering services can be found in the service description appendix (appendix 1).
The contract is drawn up for three (3) years. Contract period 1 January 2024-31.12.2026.

After this, the subscriber has the right to extend the contract for two option periods, one option period at a time

- 1st option period 1.1.2027 - 31.12.2027
- 2. option period 1.1.2028 - 31.12.2028

The subscriber decides on the implementation of the option periods and informs the service provider about it no later than 31.08.2026 (1st optio period) and
31.08.2027 (2nd option period).
