Description:
Eloisa, the welfare area of South Savo, is conducting a direct acquisition of emergency care vehicles. Change work concerns the introduction of the field system (Kejo) based on the EU provision on road safety. In addition, the acquisition includes new defibrillators purchased for emergency care vehiclesModifications related to the installation.Sevisation has been requested from Profile Vehicles Oy, a manufacturer of vehicles in use. The total value of the procurement takes into account the tenderer's tendered acquisition of emergency vehicles,whereby the total value of the contract exceeds the EU threshold. The direct procurement is based on Article 40 of the Act on Public Procurement and License Agreements (1397/2016). as an additional conditionis that there are no sensible alternative or replacement solutions and the lack of competition is not due to artificial reduction in the terms of procurement.implemented as a direct acquisition.
