Description:
South Savo's welfare area is conducting a direct procurement from the professional family care service needed for older services for an indefinite period of 1.7.2025. Professional family care can be long-term, short-term or part-time. At a professional family home refers to the details of a service provider providing professional family care, which provides family care in accordance with the permit referred to in section 7 of the Private Social Services Act. A professional family home must have a permit granted by the Regional Government Office for the operation of the family home. In a family home Housing is so -called intermediate living, along with home care and service housing. In a family home, an elderly person lives in an ordinary everyday life and participates in everyday chores with their own resources with family members. The family home respects the self -determination of the elderly, taken into account individual needs and wishes and take into account safety. The family home as an individual form of living supports the preservation of the functioning of the elderly and the progress of rehabilitation, for example, after the decline in the general state and maintains a good quality of life. Customers placed on the assignment agreement Continue at the Professional Family Home as of 1.7.2025. Professional family care will be paid in accordance with § 21.12.2022 of the South Savo Welfare Regional Government compensation.
