Description:
DigiFinland Oy ("Digifinland") of the Direct Procurement Notice has previously been competitively competed with the knowledge portfolio system of the Omaolo service, its related services, and its further development (2022/s 075-202673) Act on Public Procurement and Accounts (1397/2016), Procurement Act) In accordance with the negotiation procedure in accordance with section 34.
