Description:
In the context of the transitional of the law on the implementation of the Social and Health Care and the Act on the Power of Society (616/2021, also "Sote-Power Act"), provided by the Law 4). The cloud -based personal assistance system for the management of the employer model and the payroll system has been transferred from the City of Vantaa to the welfare area of Vantaa. The agreement is a transferred contract in accordance with section 25 of the Act. City of Vantaa and Vantaa and Kerava The welfare area has made decisions in accordance with the Sote Power Act. Oima Oy's system has been used in the Vantaa and Kerava welfare area disability services for personal assistance in the employer model. Through the Sarastia contract using a populus solution, which requires a very manual process. The goal is to move to a more resource -wise operating model.
