Description:
The City of Ylivieska has received a grant from the Ministry of the Environment for implementing the digital obligations of the Regional Use Act and the Rytj Act, together with the municipalities of Enontekioe and Sodankyla (decision VA-Y-2024-8-19). The grant shall be granted as a special grant under Article 5 of the State Aid Act 35.20.35. As part of the implementation of the digital obligations of the law, the City of Ylivieska orders Sweco Oy to the co-CAD software developed by the digital zoning change process by Sweco. The cost of development required for the required functionality is € 59,000 (VAT 0).
