Description:
The target of the acquisition is a simplified direct search service (so-called headhunting) specialized in the recruitment of software developers and data experts. In the direct search service, the service provider searches for and contacts potential egood guys.
The procurement unit acquires a direct search service to support its own recruitment process and to improve the chances of finding candidates who meet the right skill profile and are suitable for the position.

AGREEMENTSKAUSI
The Agreement is valid for two (2) years on a fixed-term basis, after which the Agreement can be extended by two one-year (1 1) option periods. See also chapter 4 of the contract draft attached to the request for tenders.
