- The HUS Group requested offers for HUS Acute Transportation (later HUS ambulance) for disabled and patient transport services in the area of HUS ambulance. The current area of operation of HUS ambassadors is described in service description and the area of operation may change during the contract period.The transportation is transportation or otherwise supportive of care facilities, such as home visits, therapy visits, excursions. According to calculations based on statistics on 2023, there have been more than 20,000 transportation tasks per year. Current agreements are handling six (6) different Service Providers whose total 4-year-old VAT invoice has been around € 4'000'000. HUS's own hospitals, hospitals in Helsinki, hospitals and health centers in the Western Uusimaa Welfare Area, Hospitals and health centers in the Vantaa-Kerava welfare area, the health centers of Central Uusimaa and the welfare hospitals, and the health centers and hospitals of the Eastern Uusimaa Welfare Area. The service provider should be prepared to keep the transport needs ever are changing.
