Description:
Oulunkylä rehabilitation center sr (0869316-3) (hereinafter "OKKS") is a foundation offering rehabilitation services. OKKS is controlled by the City of Helsinki, the State Treasury and HUS. OKKS is public in comparison to the procurement entities exercising control over it a related entity in accordance with Section 15 subsection 1 of the Act on Acquisitions and Right-of-Use Agreements (1397/2016, Procurement Act). The main task of OKKS is to produce in the capital region demanding hospital-level follow-up care and rehabilitation after specialized medical treatment. In addition, OKKS' other customer groups include war invalids and other veterans, those who served in crisis management tasks and other special groups. There is more information about OKKS can be found at www.okks.fiOKKS' annual turnover is approx. 15.6 million EUR, of which the share of sales directed to non-controlling procurement entities is currently a maximum of five percent and a maximum of 500 000 euros. This is a general transparency notice referred to in section 58, subsection 3 of the Procurement Act, regarding the affiliated entity's intention to sell its services (mainly regarding the most important task mentioned above, i.e. demanding hospital-level follow-up care and rehabilitation after special medical treatment) also to procurement entities other than those exercising control over it.
