- The acquisition includes dishes, dining and cooking equipment, kitchen accessories and wagons for the wellness area of Central Finland. The acquisition is divided into five (5) components: 1. Dishes, dining, cooking and kitchen tools and supplies 2. Cold and heat plates 3. Termo transport boxes and-Platform G/N boxes 4. Porridge pads 5. Parts 1-3 are compared on a sub-region and one (1) supplier is selected for each area. The areas 4-5 are compared on a line-by-line basis and one (1) supplier is selected for each row. The contract period is 36months and, in addition, the customer reserves the option to continue the contract for 12 months in the continuation season. The subscriber reserves the right to obtain individual supplementary acquisitions at the beginning of the contract period for their existing tableware or cutlery from a third party when the customer's product compatibilityIt is essential to the subscriber, and the product range of the selected supplier does not have these products or the products in the range are not compatible with existing products in the customer.One (1) supplier is selected for the sub-area.
