Description:
The technical services of the Northern Ostrobothnia Welfare Area (POHEE) are looking for reliable operating practices and licenses in their field for their own fields for their own sectors as a framework agreement. The asbestos manager comes from the company. The contract periodis 1.7.2025-30.6.2027, Options 1.7.2027-30.6.2028 and 1.7.2028-3029.2029.The Needs are available in the following real estate and real estate companies:- Oulu University Hospital (OYS)- Kiinteistoe Oy Oulun Heikinharju Oy Kiinteistoen PublicTwo (2) tenderers who have made the most advantageous bid to meet the terms of the invitation to tender are selected as the unit framework contract partners. The amounts stated in the invitation to tender are estimated amounts of the acquisition period (2 years) of the above units. The subscriber does not commit to the quantities given. Work is being purchasedas needed. The agreement does not oblige selected suppliers to reserve resource separately for the needs of the reflection. In the units managed by the reflection, travel costs will be reimbursed according to the state travel rule if they are located in the Oulu regionoutside.
