Description:
HUS requests your offer for the Display Management System as a software service. The display management system will be used by patients visiting HUS, their relatives, staff and others who shop at the offices. The acquisition also includes devices where the display management system is used.
Nwith the help of a display management system, we want to solve the communication, control and entertainment needs of the hospital and patient rooms through one centralized system. The solution also makes it possible to update current items to a new level and aims to unify the user experienceand to facilitate the management and maintenance of the device stock.
The object of the procurement is described in appendix 3 System description. The software must have clear user interfaces for maintenance tasks performed by the user.
The purchase includes the continuous service of the software. These services are described in the request for quotationoe in the appendix Service description.
The scope and schedule of the commissioning project are described in the appendix to the request for tender. In the samethe appendix also contains the quality requirements to be scored, for which the bidders are asked to fill in the Yes/No answers and return that appendix as an attachment to the bid.
