Description:
The acquisition is subject to disposable diabetes supplies for the Northern Ostrobothnia Welfare Area (POHde) and the welfare area of its cooperation units in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes.
Acquisition is divided into five (5) components as follows:
1. Disposable insulin pile needles
2. Disposable safety pens needles as insulin, for professional use
3. Disposable insulin syringes with a needle
4. Disposable insulin syringes with safety needle for professional use
5. Disposable lane for a versatile stitch device. Sub-area It is also possible to provide a multi -purpose stitch device inside, but it is not taken into account in the bid comparison.
A preference is formed between the tenderers. The order of priority may be deviated by the most individual health or on therapeutic grounds or if the first supplier has longer -term delivery interruptions in priority. If the product of multiple suppliers is suitable for the patient with individual health and therapeutic grounds equally well, the contracting entity orders the product supplier who is at the highest in preference.
The contract period is two (2) years, followed by two separate option years (1v + 1v).
The acquisition volumes indicated in the invitation to tender are estimated to be one year of consumption and are notified to the tenderers only...
