Description:
The procurement concerns Ungas liv courses in the form of distance rehabilitation in Swedish that the Folkpensionsanstalten (FPA) arranges for private individuals. The Young Life courses are intended for clients between the ages of 16 and 29 who have been diagnosed with depression or anxiety disorders. Young Life courses provided at Svenscan be carried out in its entirety as remote rehabilitation. The courses include individual video calls, digital rehabilitation and distance rehabilitation in group form.
The procurement is nationwide. By submitting a tender in this tender procedure, the tenderer undertakes to provide the servicesin Swedish throughout the country. After the competition, a framework agreement is entered into, which is described in appendix 3 to the request for tenders.
Youth's life courses are carried out within the framework of rehabilitation as assessed in accordance with section 12 of the Act on the Social Pension Institution's rehabilitation benefits and rehabilitation allowancebenefits (hereinafter FRPL or the FPA Rehabilitation Act). Rehabilitation for FPA's clients begins on 1.5.2024.
