Description:
The Geological Survey of Finland (hereinafter "GTK") is acquiring one (1) Distributed Temperature and Strain Sensing (DTSS) interrogator or Distributed Strain Sensing (DSS) interrogator, all the software and hardware which are needed to operate the DTSS/DSS interrogator and documentation (hereinafter "DTSS interrogator" and "DSS interrogator"). The tenderer may offer a new DTSS interrogator, a new DSS interrogator, a used DTSS interrogator or a used DSS interrogator. The procurement also covers spare parts for the DTSS/DSS interrogator. The procurement covers also the following services: - delivery of the DTSS/DSS interrogator (DDP, Incoterms 2020) - online guidance and assistance in installation of the DTSS/DSS interrogator - one (1) day online training - repair services for the DTSS/DSS interrogator. Products and services are specified in more detail in Appendices 1b "Procurement description LOT 2" and A "Contract". CONTRACT TERM The Contract (Appendix A) shall come into effect and be binding upon the Parties when it is signed by both Parties and shall remain in force until all contractual obligations based on the Contract have been fulfilled. The delivery schedule for the DTSS interrogator is specified in Section 10 of the Contract (Appendix A). The supplier shall offer repair service and spare parts at the minimum for five (5) years from the delivery of the DTSS/DAS interrogator. The 5-year period includes the 24 month warranty period.
