• The object of the acquisition is the distribution of the Helsingin asukaslehti (Helsinki-lehti) as a public notice to households without an address, as well as as complementary distribution on racks. In 2026, the magazine will be published twice, a summer and a winter issue. The first number appears in June and the second issue in late November or early December. The size of the magazine is a 28-32-page tabloid, 235*353 mm, weight about 59-62 gr. The distribution area is Helsinki, households and companies and communities operating in residential real estate. The magazine will be distributed deliver on the agreed delivery day +-2 days. There are approximately 412,000 households, businesses and communities located in residential buildings in Helsinki. The magazine must be distributed to at least 75% of these as door/box distribution, i.e. approximately 309,000 copies and the rest as distribution as complementary rack distribution. For rack distribution, there should be at least 100 racks throughout the city as a complementary way of distributing the magazine. This is because it is not possible to distribute the magazine to all households (e.g. classy apartment buildings in the inner city, where no keys available). In addition to these, about a thousand copies will be delivered to the communication department of the city hall of the city of Helsinki. The offered price must include picking up the magazines from the press and other cooperation with the printing house, as well as everything from distribution and expenses arising from the preparation of the distribution.
