• Direct search Proactive recruitment The South Karelia welfare area is asking for offers for the doctors' direct search service. In this procurement, doctors mean both medical graduates and specialists. The direct search service applies primarily doctors, but the Subscriber can also use the contract for the direct recruitment of other special experts doing clinical work (e.g. psychologists). The client's needs are focused on the recruitment of specialists, but medicine can also be recruited licentiates. Services are purchased to complement the Customer's own service production and the Customer is not committed to any quantity purchases. The subscriber also acquires doctors as a purchase service. The customer has several contracts with the same content to be established based on the procurement based on the framework arrangement. The agreements are not exclusive. The acquisition is divided into two parts: 1. Direct search 2. Proactive recruitment The supplier can offer and be selected to provide services for one or both areas. Acquisition the item is described in more detail in the Service description appendix The planned contract period is 1 August 2026 - 31 December 2027. The contract includes an option to extend the contract period to 2028 and 2029. In a direct search, the Supplier looks for employees for the Customer based on the assignment against compensation in such a way that an actual employment or official relationship is created between the job seeker and the Subscriber. In proactive recruitment, the Supplier can propose to the Customer a person interested in a new job...
