Description:
The acquisition is subject to home appliances and home electronics as stated in the invitation to tender. The estimated contract period is 1.6.2025- 31.5.2027. The contract will only begin with the signature of a written agreement. The acquisition includes two (2) one-year option period (1.6.2027-31.5.2028and 1.6.2028-31.5.2029). The use of the option is decided by the subscriber for six (6) months before the termination of the existing agreement. The procurement is divided into regions as follows: 1) Oulu area (Ouka, Nordlab Welfare Group, Osao, Oulu Production Kitiittioe Oy) 2) Kokkola Area (Central Ostrobothnia Welfare Area)3) Taivalkoski Region (Taivalkoski Municipality) The tenderer may provide one or more areas (1 Oulu area, 2. Kokkola area, 3. If offered in more areas, the products and prices offered should be the same for all areas (subscribers). Under the Criteria for Acquisition of AcquisitionRequest to indicate which area/regions are affected by the offer. The procurement decision shall be made separately for each area mentioned above. The Nordlab Welfare Group has the right to acquire the products that order their units from the nearest supplier (in areas 1, 2 or 3) from a supplier selectedUsing the region's priority of suppliers. The Nordlab Welfare Group is only involved in refrigeration equipment.
