- The subject of procurement are household appliances and home electronics as stated in the request for tenders. The estimated contract period is 1 February 2026 - 31 January 2028. The procurement contract only begins with the signature of the written contract. The acquisition includes two (2) one-year option periods (February 1, 2028-January 31, 2029 and 1.2.2029-31.1.2030). Procurement has been divided into parts by region as follows: 1) Oulu region (Ouka, NordLab welfare company, Osao, Oulu utoeoestoekeittioe Oy) 2) Kokkola region (Central Ostrobothnia welfare region, NordLab welfare association)3) Taivalkoski area (Taivalkoski municipality, NordLab welfare association) The provider can offer one or more areas (1. Oulu area, 2. Kokkola area, 3. Taivalkoski area). If it is offered to several areas, the offered products and prices must be the same for all to regions (subscribers). In the section Criteria for the object of procurement, you are asked to indicate which area/areas the offer applies to. The procurement decision is made separately for each area mentioned above. Nordlab wellness association has the right to obtain the products from the nearest unit of their ordering unit, this one for the procurement (for regions 1, 2 or 3) from the selected supplier using the suppliers prioritized in the region.
