• Description:
• The city of Raahe requests an offer for the preparation of a city strategy. The strategy work utilizes the current city strategy, however, in such a way that it is hoped that the new city strategy will be a more compact (more prioritized) entity. In connection with the strategy work thematic implementation programs are also drawn up (max. 4 pcs.) The end product must be a ready and visually finished city strategy with implementation programs. The work must be completed by the end of May 2026. The strategy work includes a sparring day (0.5 days) aimed at the city council, the city's management team and top political management, and workshop days guiding the preparation of the municipal strategy, as well as a municipal strategy participation day aimed at personnel. A total of at least 6.5 days.
