- The city of Helsinki's construction services company, Stara, requests your offer for the drilling piles according to this request for tenders and its appendices, including all work and materials. The procurement unit is Stara. The procurement comes from the construction of Stara's urban infrastructure for the department's use in two separate locations, Ala-Malmi park (38. Malmi) and Maatullinpuisto (40. Suutarila) on piles.
