Etelae-Karlia koulutuskuntayhtaemae / Saimaa vocational college Sampo is requesting a bid for the following procurement:
Renting a driving machine and harvester for forest machine driver training in Ruokolahti
The driving machine and harvester are rented under the conditions specified in this request for tenders:
- rental period of semestersaksi for the period 1.9.2024 - 30.4.2027, so that the annual rental period is between 1.9. and 30.4. The machine will be returned to the provider at the end of the semester. The provider is responsible for the transportation costs of the machine.
- number of rental months in total. 24 months / machine
- rental period duration 3 rental periods (2024-2054, 2025-2026 and 2026-2027)
- the provider of the machine undertakes to deliver a new driving machine and harvester at the beginning of each rental period
- during the rental period, the operating hours of the machines are a maximum of 800 hours/rental period
- the rental price must include periodic maintenance of the machines and accessories under warranty
and spare parts
- security depositEtelae-Karjala koulutuskuntayhtymae is responsible for the installation
- the machines to be rented must meet the technical requirements and equipment presented in this request for tender
OPTION YEAR 2027-2028
- The contract includes an option to extend the contract period by one rental period (2027-2028) for both machines. Optthe use of ion is notified no later than 3 months before the end of the contract.
