• Description:
• The Kanta-Häme welfare area is asking for bids for the procurement of substance abuse and addiction services. The services to be procured are rehabilitative institutional care (basic and treatment containing opioid replacement and PKV drugs), cessation and detoxification treatment, and outpatient treatment rehabilitation as group and individual rehabilitation. Units for rehabilitative institutional care as well as withdrawal and detoxification care can be located in the Kanta-Häme welfare area, in the area of ​​the city of Helsinki or in the area of ​​the following welfare areas: South Karelia, South Ostrobothnia, South Savo, East Uusimaa, Central Ostrobothnia, Central Finland, Central Uusimaa, Kymenlaakso, Länsi Uusimaa, Pirkanmaa, Ostrobothnia, North Karelia, North Savo, Päijät-Häme, Satakunta, Vantaa-Kerava or Varsinais Suomi. When placing a client customer-specific criteria are evaluated for the unit. On a customer-specific basis, the order of priority can be deviated from. In the competition, ten (10) service providers will be selected for rehabilitative institutional care (both basic form and drug treatment) three (3) service providers for both, as well as withdrawal and detoxification treatment. Outpatient rehabilitation units can be located in Kanta-Häme and nearby areas, which means Länsi-Uusimaa, Keski-Uusimaa, Pirkanmaa, Päijät-Häme and Varsinais-Suomen units located in welfare areas. The location of the units takes into account the fact that the customer can attend outpatient rehabilitation while working.
