- The HUS corporation is requesting bids for a software service that monitors medical treatment remotely. With the software service, video-supervised medical treatment (VOT) can be implemented safely and with high quality using patient and professional user interfaces. The professional's user interface is browser-based and patient-friendlymobile native app. Video-supervised drug therapy (VOT) is intended to be used in several patient groups. The first patient group is tuberculosis patients. The VOT service must have the possibility to create different configurations for different patient groups with different contents and enable professional usersconfiguration-specific access rights in aegroups. The goal is to have a native mobile application that is easy to use, accessible and enables different language versions for patients. Sote professionals want a browser-based service with which professionals can e.g. monitor patients' medication intake, messagewith the patient, make determinations related to medication intake and monitor the implementation of VOT with reports. The object of the procurement is described in the "Service Description" appendix to the request for tenders. In addition, the mandatory requirements for the software service and a description of the implementation are attached to the tender request.
