Description:
The HUS corporation is asking for offers for a software solution that enables the use of patient-specific devices related to diabetes treatment - such as e.g. data retrieval and transfer of insulin pumps, insulin pens, blood glucose meters and separate glucose monitoring systems remotely or at the clinic.The solution must be delivered as a software service and must also include support and maintenance services.n's data extraction and data transfer program. For the future, we are also applying for the possibility of connecting the patient information system to Apot, which is a combined patient information system for social and health care.
Currently, HUS has equipment supplier-specific decommissioning software in production use as well asclinic-specific Glooko universal extraction software installations from two different suppliers. The future number of clinics during the contract period is estimated to be 16-20, and there will be an estimated total of 3,000 to 5,000 active patients. The clinics are currently located in the following locations: Porvoo, Lohja,Raasepori, Meilahti, Hyvinkaeae, Espoo.
