• Description:
• In accordance with the Procurement Act, the Finnish Railways Agency requests your offer in accordance with this request for tender letter and its attachments. The procurement procedure is the open procedure referred to in § 32 of the Procurement Act. Based on the tender request, all willing bidders can submit a bid. The Hamina-Vaalimaa project on the E18 road has been implemented using a life-cycle model, where the Väylävirasto has an agreement with the road company established for the project, Tieyhtiö Vaalimaa Oy. The life cycle model refers to a long-term service contract, which includes the design, financing, construction and maintenance of the site. The maintenance period covers both the maintenance and care of the constructed road and various tasks of the road manager. The consultant's job is to ensure that the service provider of the lifecycle contract (road company) fulfills its obligations at the level required by the contract. However, this does not remove or reduce the responsibility of the road company and the work consortium responsible for the implementation as a contractual partner. The consultant must perform E18 as a consultant to the Client The following main tasks of the lifecycle project located on the Hamina-Vaalimaa road:1. project management,2. preparation for the reception of the life-cycle project, reception and warranty period monitoring tasks, and3. the realization of the quality of the maintenance phase (care & maintenance). monitoring (monitoring).
