The municipalities of Jokioinen and Humppila are requesting offers for an early childhood education management system (separately for each municipality), which connects early childhood education administration, operating units and customers in the same system. Municipalities tender what is produced as a SaaS service (Software as a Service). system, which must include at least the following functions: User and legal managementLogging into the systemApplications & guardian's electronic transaction Processing of applications & placements - EmployeesDecisionsInvoicingWork organizationCustomer register Management of workplaces and groupsEmployees in the system Employees' mobile application Children's attendance monitoring Family day care functions in the system Reporting Caregivers' applications Communication between employees and guardians Reporting the need for care and absences Pedagogical documents Integrations and data transfer of the activity management system compatible with personnel shift planning and working time monitoring. The start-up costs and the implementation project must include all the trainings that are central to the use of the system, so that after the trainings the personnel have the opportunity to use the system smoothly.
