• Description:
• The Mikkeli water utility is asking for your offer for earthworks related to the repairs of water supply networks and backup in the areas of Mikkeli, Otava, Ristiina, Suomenniemi, Haukivuori and Anttola. The contract period of the framework agreement is May 1, 2026 - April 30, 2027. If the customer and the contractor so agree, the customer has the right to extend the contract for two (2) option periods. Option periods (1.5.2027 - 30.4.2029 and 1.5.2029 - 30.4.2031) Options must be agreed no later than three (3) months before the end of the contract period. The first possible index increase is at the start of the option period on May 1, 2027. This must be agreed separately with the customer.Index condition Checking the price and indexing The prices according to the contract are checked annually. Price changes are bound To Statistics Finland's land construction cost index (2020=100), to the overall index. The first price review can be done no earlier than one (1) year after the date of signing the contract. Prices are revised no more than once a year the amount of the discount is calculated by comparing the point number of the latest available construction cost index (2020=100) with the index point number of the contract signing month (or the index point number of the previous price revision). Prices are increased or will be lowered corresponding to the change in the index.
