Description:
The object of the procurement is a contractor who will carry out the 1st phase of the renewal of Itainen Rantakatu's Aurajoenranta beach wall from Myllys - Teatteris. The contract is implemented using the ST model (STk model) including the development phase.
With the procurement procedure initiated with this request for participation in the project an STk contractor will be acquired in accordance with the YSE 1998-based contract for the development and implementation phase.
The customer decides to move to the implementation phase at the end of the development phase and informs the parties of the decision in writing. The conditions for transitioning to the implementation phase are described in the description of the development phase in appendix 3.1 of the request for participation. If the client decides not to proceed to the implementation phase, the client will compensate the contractor for the work done up to the moment of interruption in accordance with the contract.

The procurement procedure is a competitive negotiation procedure according to Sections 36 and 37 of the Procurement Act.
