Oulun City Theater Oy (hereinafter also "Subscriber") asks for your tender for the financial, salary and human resources service package, financial, payroll and human resource management systems and related commissioning projects in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. AcquisitionThe target service package is looking for a supplier who, as a whole, can provide accounting and financial management systems and services, as well as payroll and human resource systems and services. In addition, the supplier must provide the necessary system environment and its technical maintenanceSubscriber as a SaaS service and appropriate system integrations. For the sake of clarity, this tendering does not apply to audit services.
