- Market Survey: ECP Service Offering Note: This document is not an official procurement notice or request for proposal. Instead, it is market research pursuant to Section 69 of the Act on Procurement in Special Sectors (1398/2016), aimed at mapping and gathering information on available ECP services. ECP - Energy Communication Platform is the information exchange platform for the European electricity market, managed by ENTSO-E. ECP is widely used in Europe as the platform for information exchange between transmission system operators and serves as the primary channel for new Nordic and European marketplaces. ECP is based on the MADES standard (Market Data Exchange Standard) developed by ENTSO-E. Fingrid's Objectives: With this request for information, Fingrid aims to invite suppliers to discuss available ECP services, with the purpose of assessing the market situation before the upcoming procurement. Service Requirements: • Solid experience in maintaining ECP components on the following platforms: Windows, Linux, Kubernetes • Experience in maintaining a high-service-level ECP network • The service provider must be located within the EU/ETA area ECP Components: • ECP Endpoint • EDX Toolbox • Broker • Component Directory • Service Catalogue We aim to find experienced suppliers who can offer reliable and efficient service for Fingrid's needs.
