- The acquisition focuses on educational services for multilingual and cultural staff and work communities in the Helsinki City of Helsinki, enterprises and agencies.
The subject of the acquisition is divided into four areas: 1) Support Services for Finnish and Swedish Language Language, 2) Work Communities, Educational services for pre-staff and staff (development of staff skills related to language awareness and cultural awareness), 3) clear language training provided to personnel and 4) e-learning materials, ie curated self-study materials.
From purchasing format a framework arrangement for the following areas:
Section 1: Finnish and Swedish Learning Support Services, to which four (4) service providers will be selected in the order of priority, unless there are fewer suppliers.
Subtress 2: Education Services for Psychological Security Promotion Attitudes, practices (cultural awareness and norms) and operating models for learning and building work communities, pre -personnel and all staff (development of staff skills related to language awareness and cultural awareness), where four (4) service providers are selected in order of preference, unless there are fewer suppliers complying with the requirements.
Subdivision 3: Personnel training, which is selected for two (2) service providers in priority, unless there are fewer suppliers who meet the requirements.
