Description:
The object of the procurement is training and the purchase of a comprehensive service for the learning environment and related additional services for internal use by Istek. With the help of the learning environment, all the trainings and training performances of Istek's own personnel are managed and online trainings and coachings are produced. Optdifferent levels of induction training can be created in the suction environment, e.g. a basic induction package suitable for all Istekki residents. In addition, the manager can create his own team's orientation package for use only by his own team. Users of the learning environment can also be non-staff members, i.e. e.g. subcontractors or partners. The customer chooses one (1) supplier with whom it will enter into a contract. Only Istekki Oy must use the procurement contract, and only Istekki Oy and the selected Supplier are parties to the resulting contract. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that Istekin asthe elderly are not contracting parties, parties to this competition or the procurement contract based on it, and will not otherwise join the procurement. The purchase quantities presented in the request for tender are estimates, and the contract does not constitute a volume purchase obligation for the customer
