Descripty: Customs requests a tender for the Vaalimaa X-ray facility for real estate management for the period 1.1.2023-31.12.2024, after which the contract will continue to be valid for an indefinite period. However, the total contract period is up to seven (7) years at the end of 31.12.2029.
Work on the site begins 1.1.2023. In this case, the keys and the necessary documents are transferred to the service provider.
Property management primarily provides property management services for the individual site. Property management services may include
mm. technical system management, property maintenance, outdoor care, special equipment management, remote control, immediate maintenance (repair and replacement of defective parts) and cleaning (excluding office cleaning).
