- The object of procurement is electric home care beds for the welfare area of Central Finland. Electric home care beds are handed over to the customer's customers as a medical rehabilitation aid, and the customer can also purchase them for, among other things for home-like living. The procurement is divided into three (3) areas: 1. Electric home care bed, folding/folding with a motor for transport or storage 2. Electric home care bed, mechanical disassembly 3. Electric operation home care bed, with special features Partial offers are allowed. The bidder can choose the sub-areas in which to submit a bid. Sub-areas 1 and 2 are compared per sub-area and within these sub-areas all requested items must be offered to be included in the comparison. Sub-area 3 is compared on a site-by-site basis, and the bidder can choose the sites for which he submits a bid. In principle, one (1) supplier is selected as a contractual partner for each comparison entity (sub-area or object). However, the purchasing unit can choose several suppliers, if it is justified to obtain a sufficient product selection, taking into account the individual special needs of the customers. If more than one supplier is selected for the comparison group, the suppliers are set in the order of preference based on the offer comparison. During the contract period, purchases are made primarily from the supplier with the first place in the order of priority.
